When you contact us

Quotryn receives the name, business details, email address, optional phone number and website, plan interest, and message you submit. We use these details to respond to your request, discuss services, and manage the inquiry. Please don’t include passwords, payment card details, or sensitive personal information.

Storage and access

Inquiries are stored in the Quotryn workspace and available to authorized administrators. A new inquiry does not create a client account, subscribe you to marketing, or trigger a payment. We use service providers to operate the website; when hosted on Cloudflare, its infrastructure processes requests and stores the site’s data.

Basic traffic counts

We count page loads by day and page. These counts do not use advertising cookies or store visitor IP addresses. Temporary, hashed IP-based limits help protect our inquiry form against abuse. Hosting providers may maintain their own security logs.

Keeping your information

Inquiry records are removed from the active inbox after 180 days. Information copied into a client account or needed for an ongoing service is handled separately. Backups may keep earlier copies for longer. Contact us through the inquiry form to ask about access, correction, or deletion of your inquiry.
